Every time you attend a show, purchase season subscription, eat in the Haida Garden Cafe, stay in our luxurious suite hotel or book a meeting or banquet, you earn valuable Star Points toward Stage West goods and service, for your next visit or booking.
 
  
   
  Your Star Card is swiped at point of purchase, and points are automatically added to your account. You can even check your points total online through a link on our website. Each month we will send you a statement via email with your points total. Points are accumulated on net revenue only (before tax and gratuities). Points cannot be accumulated or redeemed toward taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages (as per Ontario Liquor Law) or on any redemption (ie. redeeming gift certificate).

Points may be accumulated with the following payment methods: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or Direct Bill only (no third party billing or gift certificate payment). Points may only be accumulated at the point of purchase by the cardholder. For Group Bookings, the person making the booking and holding the card, will receive the points unless other arrangements have been made with the Stage West personnel, in writing.

Enroll at Stage West and receive you card on the spot. Automatically earn points on today's purchase. Online - visit www.stagewest.com, press the link for Stage West Star Points, and sign up online. You'll receive your card by mail. By Phone - call toll free at 1-800-668-9887 or (905)238-0159 between 9am and 5pm eastern time.

You'll receive your card by mail. Fax your completed enrollment form to 905-238-9820. You will receive you card by mail. Earn more... Enjoy more! Earning STAR POINTS is quick and easy. Simply swipe your STAR CARD at the time of purchase. Your points are automatically added to you account. For direct billing your STAR POINTS card number will need to be processed by your Stage West Booking Agent or Sales Representative.

  Important Subscription Information

DRESS CODE: There are NO jeans, cords, t-shirts or running shoes allowed in the theatre.     Dress pants and dress shirts are required. Jackets and ties are optional for gentlemen.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Exchanges must be done by the SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT HOLDER.     Exchanges can be made in person, by mail or by fax and MUST be made 48 hours
    prior to your show date. There will be a $2 service charge for subscribers of seat sale
    and 2 for 1 subscription tickets. Regular priced subscribers will receive
    complimentary ticket exchanges.

IF DONE BY FAX, TICKETS MUST BE RIPPED IN HALF, PHOTOCOPIED AND FAXED TO
    905-238-2708. Rena Kazoks or Lois Grant will be able to assist you with all exchanges.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Tickets that have been lost should be reported to the

MISSED SHOW DATES: PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE A PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN
